Grotbags plans to draw Emu to her Gloomy Castle by splashing Rod with magnetic paint. Count Georgio has taken up residence on his small piece of land, which happens to be located in the hall of Whimsical castle. This means Boggle and Hortensia have to pay a toll every time they pass through it.
